Now for something completely different.
Before Covid I was in the form of my life: running the halfmarathon in 2h, my weight was about 74 kg.
Several things happened from then on: My marriage fell apart, so did my knee. I got a little depressed and.....
boom
now the scale shows 100 kg.
Beginning Nov. 1st I started a morning fitness program, I stopped drinking alcohol (which I did quiet often lately) and well, try to eat less / healthier.
Day 4 is going well, btw. Let's see if this helps to bring me down to 80 by the end of december... I know I cannot rewind the clock three years in 60 days, but I need to start somewhere.
Update: one week no alcohol ✅
