THis server moved to a newer, faster (and cheaper) plattform.
Since the old one did not update anymore, we needed to move all of the content over to the new resources. Thank you Andy for finding the bug with the mod_rewrite

sudo a2enmod rewrite
systemctl restart apache2

cost me a good hour ;)
